Changes
in the Equans Switzerland Group as of 1 January 2026
As part of the organisational merger of various business areas of the Equans Switzerland organisation, the following changes will come into force as of 1 January 2026:
- Equans Techniques Ltd. will be merged into Equans Switzerland AG.
- Equans Solutions Switzerland Ltd. will be merged into Equans Switzerland Facility Management AG. Prior to this, the areas of “Maintenance Industrielle”, “IT-Télécommunication” and “Installations électriques” will be transferred from Equans Solutions Switzerland Ltd. to Equans Switzerland AG.
The legal implementation of these mergers will take place during the first quarter of 2026 (expected in March 2026). Only then will we have the relevant commercial register extracts at our disposal.
Impact
on the business relationship
These changes will have no effect on existing business relationships.
Business activities at the existing locations will continue unchanged from 1 January 2026 under Equans Switzerland Ltd. and Equans Switzerland Facility Management AG. The respective points of contact will remain the same.
Contract transfers
With the aforementioned transfers, all contractual relationships of the transferring companies (Equans Techniques SA and Equans Solutions Suisse SA) will be transferred to the respective acquiring companies (Equans Switzerland AG and Equans Switzerland Facility Management AG).
